INTRODUCTION
The Newway Bright Stock Fund (Newway Fund) was founded by J. K. Negi (Negi) in 1991 with an initial investment Rs. 15 million. In the first two decades of its establishment, it focused on value investment with the objective of long-term capital appreciation. This investment approach helped Newway Fund grow from a small firm to a mid-size close ended investment company by the end of 2014, with its corpus size crossing Rs. 750 million.
